Tropical Delight – one of my favorites to beat the summer heat. Light and refreshing and full of nutrients to improve your skin, give you an energy boost, and fill you up.

In your blender, add:

  1. cup of your favorite nut milk, I like almond milk
  2. vegan protein powder
  3. 1/2 frozen banana
  4. 1/2 cup mango
  5. 1 lemon peeled, cut in half
  6. 1 tbs coconut oil
  7. 1 tbs chia seeds, and
  8. ice.

Blend till smooth and enjoy! Mix it up with your favorite tropical fruits.

Savory

Chocolate-Peanut Butter Delight – for you lover’s of this classic combination. Good for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. 

In your blender, add:

  1. cup of your favorite nut milk
  2. chocolate, vegan protein powder
  3. 1/2 frozen banana, optional
  4. 1 -2 tbs of your favorite nut butter
  5. 1 cup of frozen spinach, and
  6. ice, optional.

Blend till smooth and enjoy!
